Registration forms will be available online after April 12th and will also be emailed to all current participants at that time.

Registration forms may be mailed back to the office or dropped off in person.

Registration forms and fees for new and returning players will be processed on a first-come basis depending on the number of openings available in each division.

Registration fees may be paid with cash or by cheque. Payment is accepted in full or in two instalments. The first payment can be post dated to June 1st and the second post-dated for September 15th.

Being a returning player does not guarantee a spot.
 Forms handed in without proper payment will not be processed until payment is received.

A copy of the player's Birth Certificate must accompany the registration. Spots will be filled on a first-come basis. Once a divisions is full, names will be taken for a waiting list.

Rep A and Rep MD


All players MUST register for the Rep "A" teams except Novice MD, Atom MD, Minor Midget and Midget MD. Once these teams (Rep "A") are chosen, players will then be trying out for the respective MD teams. Atom "A" is going to California Dec 26th - Jan 5th so players who do not want to tryout for this team may try out for Atom MD.

Sign up for Rep tryouts at the BLOMHA Office from February 28th to March 14th, 2010.

Spring tryouts are open to all BLOMHA and non-BLOMHA players.

All players invited to August conditioning camp must accept invitation by the designated date in May 2010 and pay the tryout fee and Blomha membership fee at that time. Blomha membership fees can be post dated in two installments.All players, even those offered spots in the Spring, must attend August conditioning camp.

NO money will be returned if a player accepts the invitation but decides not to attend the August sessions or quits prior to being released.

Schedule of dates and times for tryouts will be available at the time of registration.

Players who are new to Burlington after May 1, 2010 and players released from Burlington City Rep will be permitted to participate in the August sessions if positions are available and there is room in the division within the BLOMHA membership.
