The policies in the BLOMHA Harassment & Abuse Policy handbook outline the conduct expected from all BLOMHA participants – volunteers in all capacities, parents, referees and players. The point of the policies are simple: acts of verbal, emotional, physical and sexual harassment and abuse will not be tolerated.

These policies being in place give BLOMHA the ability to move quickly and decisively if a situation involving harassment and abuse should take place.
