Throughout the season fundraising projects will be put forth by the Board of Directors to raise money for the league or travel teams. It is expected that this fundraising will be supported by all Coaches and Team Officials.
All team fundraising efforts must be approved by the Board of Directors and must be submitted for approval in writing through the division Assistant Director. Please note that money cannot be raised in any manner by soliciting the general public.
Approval should be applied for well in advance of the anticipated start date of the fundraising activity. Written proposals must include detailed information regarding the activity as well as a proposed budget of income and expenses.
