Applications for volunteer positions during the
2009-2010 season are available at the BLOMHA office or can be downloaded below.

Applications can be submitted to the office in person or by mail, preferably before June 30, 2009. No facsimiles will be accepted.

Applications will only be considered if you have the accreditation requirements as stated on the application,  and there is proof of your accreditations on file. If any of your certifications are not listed with the Alliance you will be required to provide copies to the BLOMHA office.

A current Vulnerable Sector Screening Police Clearance (VSSPC) is required for all positions. A VSSPC is valid for two seasons. If you have a Police Clearance dated before 2008, it is invalid.

A Vulnerable Sector Screening form can be obtained at the BLOMHA office or click here to download a PDF to hand in with your application. BLOMHA will process the form and send the results to you. The fee is $15.00 payable by cash or cheque to BLOMHA.
